Due to the nature of personal care goods and for health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for cosmetic products, skincare, hair care items, or other personal-use products once they have been purchased and delivered.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Exceptions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery, including your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will review and address each case individually.
